A ready-made curtain from a shop is almost always a compromise: too short, too narrow, or the fabric simply is not right. We work differently — survey first, cutting second. Our fitter arrives with samples, takes exact measurements of the window and the track and allows for the sill height, the radiator, the reveals and any lean in the walls. Only then do we work out the panel width, the fullness ratio and the amount of fabric.
Drapes give density and depth of colour, voile gives soft diffused light, Japanese panels give crisp graphic lines for panoramic windows, and string curtains divide a space without losing light. These solutions often work in pairs: voile plus a drape on a double track or a roller blind under a light net curtain — privacy by day, full blackout at night.

It depends on the track width and the fullness ratio. With a standard fullness of 2.0, a 3-metre track takes about 6 metres of fabric across the width, plus allowances for the hems. Our fitter works out the exact figure at the survey — that is also where it becomes clear whether a lining and a weight bar are needed.
Yes, and it is often better that way: first we choose the track to suit the fixing type and the weight of the fabric, then we sew. We install profile tracks, ZEGAR poles and Somfy motorised tracks, so the whole set works together.
Yes. Blackout holds back practically all the light, dimout most of it while keeping a soft glow. For complete blackout with no light leaking down the sides, a blackout drape is usually paired with a cassette or roller blind running in side channels.

Most fabrics allow a delicate wash at 30 °C and ironing through a cloth; velvet, jacquard and lined curtains are better dry-cleaned. We hand over the exact care instructions for your fabric together with the order.
We calculate it the way we work: fabric used according to the panel width with the fullness, tailoring by the length of the seam, curtain tape along the top edge. You can add as many windows as you need.
