Personal data processing

We collect exactly as much data as we need in order to price your order, come out to measure, manufacture and install the products and credit rewards under the referral programme. We do not sell or pass your data on to third parties for advertising purposes.

What we do not collect

We do not request or store personal identity codes, bank card details, copies of documents or any information about health. There are no advertising trackers or profiling on this website.

Client account and referral programme

Registering an account is voluntary. The database stores your name, e-mail address, phone number, city, your client number and records of credited rewards. There are no passwords: you log in via a one-time link that is sent to your e-mail address and is valid for 30 minutes. Links and session keys are stored only as a hash — they cannot be recovered from the database.

The referral code of the person who invited you is stored in your browser for 90 days. It is not personal data — only a code in the form FN-XXXXXX. Clearing the website data in your browser erases it.

Deleting your data can be done yourself using the «Delete my data» button in your client account — without contacting a manager. Only the documents relating to orders already placed will remain: we are required by law to keep those.

Newsletter

E-mails are sent only if you have ticked your consent. Every e-mail contains an «Unsubscribe» link — it works instantly and does not affect your orders. The 5 % subscription discount applies to your first order and cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.

Who we pass data on to

Only to those without whom the website and your order would not work, and to the minimum extent:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the website and the account database, and protection against attacks.
• Resend — delivery of account e-mails and the newsletter.
• Telegram — notifying a manager about a new enquiry.
• Anthropic — handling a question asked of the chat consultant on the website.
• Our fitters and surveyors — name, phone number and site address, so that they can come out to you.
• Accountants and public authorities — to the extent required by law.

Some of these companies are located outside the European Union. Data is transferred to them under the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

How long we keep data

• Enquiries without an order — up to 2 years from the last contact.
• Account and referral programme data — for as long as you use them; once the account is deleted they are erased immediately.
• Newsletter address — until you unsubscribe.
• Order documents — 5 years, as Latvian accounting rules require.
• Correspondence with the chat consultant — up to 12 months.

Your rights

• To find out what data of yours we hold and to receive a copy of it.
• To correct inaccurate data.
• To request deletion — or to do it yourself in your account.
• To withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time.
• To object to the processing and to request that it be restricted.
• To lodge a complaint with the Latvian State Data Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).

Cookies and browser storage

There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Your browser stores only the technical values the website itself needs: the language you have chosen, a draft calculation in the calculator, your account session key and the referral code. They stay in your browser and are not sent anywhere.

Changes

If our processing practices change, we will update this page and put a new date at the top. We will notify anyone registered with a client account of substantial changes by e-mail.
