Description

WIN GLASS in detail

Glass for the full side of the pergola

Panels up to 1493 mm wide and up to 3.1 m high run on guide rails with 4 or 6 tracks. Sliding to one side closes an opening of up to 8.75 m, and to both sides up to 17.5 m: enough even for a twin pergola. The glass is certified toughened glass, 8 or 10 mm.

Seven glass options

Besides clear Float there is Diamant with extra clarity, frosted Milk, mirrored Mirror and tinted Brown, Graphite and Black — so you can build a wall that is completely clear or entirely private. Brush seals and vertical gaskets close the joints against draughts and dust.

Hardware without compromise

The handles are round stainless steel (polished chrome or matt black) or vertical aluminium with a lock: keyed or with a turn catch. A geared lock at the bottom secures the leaves. The system can be combined with WIN SCREEN ZIP screens and WIN VERTO vertical louvres.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about WIN GLASS glass walls

What is frameless terrace glazing?

Panels of toughened glass 8 or 10 mm with no vertical frames run along guide rails and stack away at the end — in a minute the terrace goes from an enclosed room to an open deck.

How wide an opening can be closed?

To 8.75 m with the panels sliding to one side, and up to 17.5 m — to both; the panel is up to 1493 mm wide, the system height up to 3100 mm, and the guide rails come with 4 or 6 tracks.

What glass options are there?

Float (clear), Diamant (extra-clear), Milk, Mirror, Brown, Graphite, Black — from complete transparency to privacy and tinting.

Is this thermally insulated glazing?

No, it is seasonal frameless glazing: it stops wind, rain and noise and extends the terrace season, but it does not replace an insulated glass unit. The brush seals reduce draughts.

How much does it cost and how do I order?

The price depends on the project: the width of the opening, the height, the number of tracks and the glass. Free estimate and professional on-site measuring throughout Latvia and the Baltics, we also work across Europe.
